They're protected by their terms of service. It says in there that they may require a buyer do destroy an item if they decide it's fake.

The only solution is to not use PayPal because then you don't have to accept those terms.

Why didn't you call the Local PD to the seller? Also, call the local PD to you. Paypal can only do so much because they can't intervene physically. It should also show who signed from the shipper. If it shows as you, and you never did sign for it a Police Department can do much much more than paypal ever could. Although the chances of getting reimbursed the full amount are slim.

Something's really not right here....even if you did lie about not recieving the shipment, how does that make you a security risk?  That sounds so messed up right now. Don't they have a set procedure for stuff like this?

It's no longer in PayPal's hands. It's the sellers fault he conspired to fraud by having someone impersonate you (a felony in most states). Contact the postal master local to him, and the local PD. Paypal is not a judge it's the police's job to investigate it no matter what paypal had said. You won't get reimbursed by paypal anymore but by the seller directly via court.

Why can't you dispute this one? If you're in the right then you can win the dispute and get the money back.

If you did send him valid PSN cards you can dispute the chargeback directly with the bank. Right?
