Alright so I need a quick rundown on how to advertise niches. Don't know if that made sense to whom is reading this but I want to find out whats the best way to get something seen by several people. I know some basics like YouTube video uploading, Digg, Article submission websites, etc. In your opinion what would you recommend?

I don't understand what you mean by, "how to advertise niches."
I can tell you for certain that article submission directories aren't a good way to go in an SEO or an advertiser sense because nobody reads them, and when the search engines find the exact same article (or spun article) hundreds of times with the same links they get nullified (unless your site's link graph is so horrible that these links could hurt you) (and those article directories are so spammed that there's no way much value could come from posting an article there even if it's unique).

Social media can make content go viral if it's awesome and legit (and it's not too hard to do, because all you need to do is get it in front of one person's eyes and they retweet and share it and then everyone sees it).
You could get on Twitter and mention someone successful in your niche in a tweet showing them something awesome that relates to them. If they like it they'll share it with their wide circle of influence.
Reddit also works very well, but you need awesome (and legit) content to succeed. If it's not something that everyone will find cool then it's not going to get upvoted.
However if you're trying to promote something fake then social media won't really work out for you. You'll just make a really bad name for yourself.
You could also just go around forums answering people's questions
It works well for sites like mine with tutorials, since I can just search where people have asked questions and go and reply with a link as a source.
