Related/Other Post Widget?

Does anybody know a widget I can use on WordPress that shows other/related post? I'm looking for something with custom settings like being able to edit the title from; "Related Post" to "Other Posts". I also want the widget to show a selected thumbnail image for the post. If anyone can find me one, I'll love you forever

I use Contextual Related Posts by Ajay D'Souza.
It gives you a lot of customization options (just look at how I set mine to show along with those sharing links) and yes, you can have thumbnails showing.
Just keep in mind that related posts are better if you have a lot of posts.
I also have a plugin that generates a random page at a URL (it's the "I'm Feeling Lucky" button, even though it doesn't have any SEO benefit the way it's set up. It also doesn't work well with Firefox because Firefox caches the "random" page and refuses to get a new random page until the cache clears.
