I need to begin learning this as soon as possible. Although I'm still pretty young, I want to get a good head start at this so that once I reach a point where I know how to "do" HTML, CSS and PHP I won't be asking people for too much help. I need to be, in a nutshell more self-reliant. Anyways, where can I learn this the best way? I don't care about how long it take, I have time. I'm willing to buy books as well. Do you guys think For Dummies books will help? If so, can you link me to them?

Here's a site someone showed me: http://html.net/tutorials/

Although I can learn all that stuff on there, I don't want to be staring at my computer screen for hours.

What would you recommend me?

By the way, HI! Haven't been on here in a while, my site needed some attention. :)

I will recommend this website for you:
http://www.w3schools.com/html/

This is where I learn most of my coding. Beside that, you will also be learning a lot of coding in college if you are a software/computer science major.
If you want a head start, I recommend taking a look at your local community college for classes that they offer. They cost as little as $10 for tuition to take over the summer, but the textbook may cost $100.

TBH: You're going to have to stare at your monitor for hours in order to understand coding. That's what I did.

I love w3schools!

I think the best type of learning is learning by example :) I love to look at examples in real websites and templates.
